Midwest Transplant Network provides donor family support and bereavement
aftercare services to all families of organ, tissue and/or eye donors. Midwest
Transplant Network considers all those who have given consent for donation to be
donor families.
The services Midwest Transplant Network provides to donor families include
emotional support, educational information on donation, transplantation and
bereavement and possible communication with recipients.
