The Board of Directors is responsible for approving the goals, objectives and
policies of the organization necessary to accomplish the following vision and
mission statements:
That the treatment of disease and suffering not be limited by the lack of
transplantable organs and tissues.
To provide quality transplantation-related services, employing uniform high standards and
ethical behavior, that will maximize the availability of organs and tissues to the communities
we serve.
